Mission:
Frederick Latino Festival's mission is to benefit the Progreso Latino Scholarship Fund which is managed by the Community Foundation of Frederick County. The scholarship is available to high school students with academic promise and financial need; students with a Latino heritage receive first consideration.
The Frederick Latino Festival offers an opportunity to experience traditional and contemporary Latin American culture through the presentation of the performing and visual arts, educational workshops and authentic cuisine. Our Festival is the largest Hispanic/Latino event in Frederick County, and attracts a multicultural audience from throughout county and the surrounding counties.
